Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges can be made within 5 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.

  • Clearance products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer, and customers must provide valid bank details.

  • Refunds may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

  • If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or contact us.


Shipping & Return Requests

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • If returning a product during shipping, approval from the courier is required.

  • Any operational fees from shipping and returns will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If the courier denies the return, the order cannot be canceled.


Damaged Shipments

  • Supplements Boostify is not responsible for damage occurring after the order leaves our warehouse.

  • If your package arrives damaged, report it directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
