Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges can be made within 5 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.

Clearance products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer, and customers must provide valid bank details.

Refunds may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping & Return Requests

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If returning a product during shipping, approval from the courier is required.

Any operational fees from shipping and returns will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the courier denies the return, the order cannot be canceled.
Damaged Shipments

Supplements Boostify is not responsible for damage occurring after the order leaves our warehouse.

If your package arrives damaged, report it directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
